How SlipRectify handles the details you send with a quote or a message.
SlipRectify is operated by Premier Restorations Group Pty Ltd (Premrest). This notice explains what we collect on sliprectify.com.au and why. It is written for the Australian Privacy Principles. It is not a substitute for legal advice.
What we collect
On the quote and contact forms we ask for your name, email, phone number, site address, area type, a required P-rating if you know it, a deadline, notes, and — on the quote form — a slip test report PDF and optional photos. We also receive the page you sent from and basic technical data the browser provides (such as IP address) when a form is submitted.
If you call 1300 207 915 we collect whatever you choose to tell us so we can return the call and quote the works.
Why we collect it
We use the information to read the report, write a rectification opinion, prepare a quote, carry out works, arrange a retest, and speak with you about the job. We do not sell the list.
Where the form goes
Text fields are posted to Formspree (formspree.io). Files attached to a quote are sent to a function on this site at /api/upload. Those processors see the fields or files you submit so the enquiry can reach us.
Each of those services has its own privacy documentation. We use them only to receive and route SlipRectify enquiries.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to quote, deliver works, handle a complaint, or meet a legal obligation, then we delete or archive them. Formspree retains submissions according to the Premrest Formspree account settings.

Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, contact us first. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
