Using this site, and sending a report for a quote, is an enquiry — not a contract for works until we both agree a scope in writing.
These terms apply to sliprectify.com.au, operated by Premier Restorations Group Pty Ltd (Premrest). By using the site you agree to them. Quotes, opinions and works are governed by the written scope we issue, not by marketing copy on this page.
What this site is
SlipRectify explains how Premrest reads an existing slip test report, writes a rectification opinion, quotes, carries out works nationally, and arranges a retest afterwards. Content is general information for facilities and building managers in Australia. It is not a substitute for the report you already have, and it is not legal or insurance advice.
Quotes and opinions
Sending the form is a request for an opinion and a quote. We may decline work. A quote is an offer to carry out the described works at the stated price; it becomes a contract only when you accept it in the manner set out on the quote. Prices and methods can change if the surface on site does not match the report or the photographs.
No pass guarantee
We do not guarantee that a treated, ground or replaced floor will achieve a particular P-rating until a retest has been carried out. We do not promise a 24-hour P5 result. The works report describes what we did; a retest is a separate measurement.
Retest
A retest after the works is a separate step. Arranging it does not make Premrest the testing authority, and it does not convert the works paperwork into a certificate.
Your files
You warrant that you have the right to send us the slip test PDF and any photographs, and that they may be used to quote and perform the works. See the privacy notice for how we handle them.
Liability
To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of this website, including reliance on general copy about treatments. Consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded still apply. Nothing on this site limits those rights.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the forms, upload malware, or scrape the site in a way that interferes with other visitors. We may block submissions that look automated.
Changes and law
We may update these terms by publishing a new version here. They are governed by the laws of Australia. If a court finds a part unenforceable, the rest remains.
